- Meeting Called to Order at 7:01pm. Board Members JC Wheeler, Neal Vohsen, Heidi Warren, and Mike Edwards present. Village Attorney Bob Paster in attendance. Affton Southwest Precinct Officer Dan Schroeder present. Six Village Residents in attendance.
- Neal Vohsen Nominated as Board Chairman by JC Wheeler. Nomination Seconded by Heidi Warren. Remaining Board Members Voted Unanimously to Nominate Neal Vohsen as Board Chairman.
- August 2018 meeting minutes reviewed. Minutes stand as Presented.
- Discussion related to duties of trustees.
- September 2018 Police Activity Report presented by Dan Schroeder.

J.C. Wheeler motion to accept Ordinance 018-006. Mike Edwards seconded motion. Unanimous vote to accept.
- Village Clerk Report.
Garage sale two day permit issued for 4820 Autumn for 9/29 and 9/30.
Discussion related to nominations for election. Village Clerk does not need to be involved in the process. JC Wheeler made a motion and Neal Vohsen seconded the motion.
- Discussion of unlicensed vehicles at 9039 Kathleen. The license plate expired about 5 years ago. Village does not have the means to address the issue at this time. Louis County has an ordinance. Fire department has been called out to evaluate if there is a hazard.
Tree trimming at Rosemary and Weber has not occurred yet.
