Ordinance No 2020-004

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE II: PUBLIC HEATH, SAFETY AND

WELFARE, OF THE VILLAGE OF WILBUR PARK, MISSOURI CODE BY

AMENDING ARTICLE VIII BY DELETING THE CURRENT SECTION

200.320 AND REPLACING IT WITH A NEW SECTION 200.320,

GARBAGE, WASTE, YARD WASTE, RECYCLING, AND BULKY WASTE

DISPOSAL-FINES; PROVIDING FOR THE CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF

THIS CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS

ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL

CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
