MONTHLY MINUTES
- Meeting called to Order at 7:09. Board Members Neal Vohsen, Heidi Warren, Mike Edwards, JC Wheeler and Donna Gravatt present. Village Attorney Bob Paster and Officer Dan Schroeder also present. We are in a web meeting because of COVID-19.
2.January 2022 meeting minutes reviewed and accepted.
3. First Reading Ordinance 2022-02
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND CONFIRMING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES’ EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE
VILLAGE OF WILBUR PARK, MISSOURI, WITH H&N CONSTRUCTION, LLC,
- LOUIS, MISSOURI, FOR PROVISION OF EMERGENCY ROAD REPAIRS
AT 9047 KATHLEEN AVE. AND 9053 ROSEMARY AVE., AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE ORDINANCE.

Mid America gun store was robbed and the juvenile was caught in 20 minutes. Found the Catalytic converter ring which was spanning from rural Missouri to Mexico. Dan’s immediate supervisor retired and the police department is in the process of filling vacant positions.
The Public Safety Fund balance is $53,167.62.

January 2022 Profit & Loss Statement presented. Balance Sheet as of January 31, 2022.
With the snow removal and the street repairs on Kathleen and Rosemary, expenses exceeded income for the month of January 2022. The sewer lateral balance is $2,970.03.

7. Road & Building Commissioner’s Report presented by Mike Edwards.
The work on Kathleen and Rosemary is complete. There are a few potholes that need to be filled.
Neal said the resident with the water main break on Kathleen complained about the driveway entrance repair. They are still waiting for the asphalt repair. That should be taken care of by the Water Company, but can take several weeks.

11. Chairman’s Report presented by Neal Vohsen.
Neal talked about the Use Tax, which is on April’s ballot.
12. New Business
Bob is calling WM about the trash can placement. No Air BnB’s are allowed in Wilbur Park. See Ordinance 400.020. Wilbur Park is a single family, no business, residential area.
Dan mentioned that MoDOT has been using landscaping companies for snow removal.
