MONTHLY MINUTES
- Meeting called to Order at 7:03. Board Members Heidi Warren, Mike Edwards, Neal Vohsen, JC Wheeler and Donna Gravatt present. Village Attorney Bob Paster present. Officer Dan Schroeder absent. Josh and Paul with Waste Management and Susan with Republic also joined the meeting. We are in a web meeting because of COVID-19.
- September 2021 meeting minutes reviewed. JC motioned to accept the minutes, Neal seconded and all agreed.
- September 2021 Police Activity Report presented by Neal in Dan’s absence.

4. Waste Management Report presented by Heidi Warren.
JC will send waste services outline to both WM and Republic. Allied WM was not interested in Wilbur Park at this time.
Waste Management opted out of our contract at the end of 2021. Contract was written that either party could opt out with no penalties.
Waste Management will send new proposal to Bob Paster by EOD 10/21/21.
Republic already services 39 communities around Wilbur Park and will send Bob Paster a proposal.

September 2021 Profit & Loss Statement presented. Balance Sheet as of September 30, 2021.
Sewer Lateral balance is $3,950.58 plus $2,000.00 pending.
Funds collected from taxes paid by residents of Wilbur Park have to stay in the sewer lateral account. But roadway fees can come from the general account, similar to Grantwood Village.
County Public Safety balance is $48,992.71.
6. First Reading of Ordinance 21-004

There was a moving truck at the house next at the end of Kathleen and Weber at the traffic light.

Received a notice from the Board of Election that we need to renew contract to NOT have elections where the number of registered candidates is equal to the number of openings.

Need a Sewer Lateral program in place by 2022.
