April 2017 meeting minutes reviewed.  Minutes stand as presented.

Oath of Office for April 2017 Elected Trustees, Joe Wilhite, Neal Vohsen, and Dan Kaestner.

Treasurer’s Report for April 2017 presented by JC Wheeler.

Road and Building Commissioners Report presented by Frank Lydon. 

A  review of Occupancy Permits and Building Permits issued in the Village for the prior month.  Sidewalk Project Tax Liens remain on eight Village Properties.  A Discussion of a Neighborhood Watch Program for the Village of Wilbur Park took place with the St. Louis County Police explaining the Neighborhood Watch Program and how it has worked in other Municipalities.  Understall Construction will power wash the white Planters on Virgil Avenue.

Chairman’s Report presented by Joe Wilhite.

Joe Wilhite read a letter from Residents on Autumn, Hershey, and Overton regarding the the MSD Stormwater Project on Autumn, Hershey, and Overton.  A Discussion followed and Board Members voiced disappointment that angered Residents did not attend the meeting to voice concern or suggest remedial action.

The Village of Wilbur Park Occupancy Permit will be loaded to the Village Website for everyone’s convenience.
