• Meeting opened at 7:00pm.  Sue Schleicher not in Attendance.  St. Louis County Police Officer Sgt. Absolon in attendance.  No Village residents in attendance.    

• July 2015 meeting minutes reviewed.  Minutes stand as presented.

1. First Reading of Ordinance 004-015 Authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Trustees to Execute a Contract on Behalf of the Village of Wilbur Park, Missouri with K. Jacobs Construction, 124 Double Tree  Court, Imperial, Missouri  63052, for Provision of Street Repairs on Wayne Drive, and Providing for the Effective Date of the Ordinance.

• Treasurer’s Report for July 2015 presented by JC Wheeler.

No Housing Permits issued.  Occupancy Inspection pending at 4803 Autumn.  McManus Construction Snow Removal contract presented.  Bob will prepare Ordinance for September meeting.

12. Following the Third Reading of Ordinance 004-015, JC Wheeler made a Motion to Adopt the Ordinance.  Motion Seconded by Rich Warren.  Joe Wilhite voted to Adopt the Ordinance.  Frank Lydon voted to Adopt the Ordinance.  Neal Vohsen voted to Adopt the Ordinance.
