• Meeting opened at 7:03pm.  St. Louis County Police Sgt. Absolon in attendance.  Rich Warren not in attendance.  All Other Board Members present.  No Village Residents in attendance.    

• November meeting minutes reviewed.  Minutes stand as presented.

1. First Reading of Ordinance 006-015  A Proposition To Authorize The Village To Continue Applying And Collecting The Local Sales Tax On The Titling Of Motor Vehicles, Trailers, Boats, And Outboard Motors That Were Purchased From A Source Other Than A Licensed Missouri Dealer.

• Treasurer’s Report for October 2015 presented by JC Wheeler.

10.  Third Reading of Ordinance 006-015 A Proposition To Authorize The Village To Continue Applying And   Collecting The Local Sales Tax On The Titling Of Motor Vehicles, Trailers, Boats, And Outboard Motors That Were Purchased From A Source Other Than A Licensed Missouri Dealer.Following the Third Reading of Ordinance 006-015, JC Wheeler made a Motion to Adopt the Ordinance.  Motion Seconded by Neal Vohsen.  Joe Wilhite voted to Adopt the Ordinance.  Frank Lydon voted to Adopt the Ordinance.
