• Meeting opened at 7:00pm.  All Board Members present.  Sue Schleicher not in attendance.  St. Louis County Police Officer Dan Schroeder not in attendance.  No Village residents in attendance.    

• May 2015 meeting minutes reviewed.  Minutes stand as presented.

• First Reading of Ordinance 003-015 Authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Trustees to Execute a Contract on Behalf of the Village of Wilbur Park, Missouri with Waste Management, 7320 Hall Street, St. Louis, Missouri  63147, for Provision of Waste Hauling and Yard Waste Removal Services, and Providing for the Effective Date of the Ordinance.

• Treasurer’s Report for May 2015 presented by JC Wheeler.

• Road and Building Commissioners Report presented by Rich Warren. 

No Housing Permits issued.  Two Occupancy Permits issued.  Police and Fire Departments called to 9052 Rosemary for possible electric service theft.  Joe will alert Ameren UE through written correspondence. Letter written to homeowner at 9148 Overton requesting the improvement to unsightly and hazardous conditions around the property.

3. No Waste Management Issues to Report.  Web Site has been updated with contact numbers for emergency Police and Fire Services and Waste Management.

12. Motion to accept Ordinance 003-015 made by JC Wheeler.  Second Motion to accept Ordinance 003-015 made by Rich Warren.  Ordinance 003-015 was unanimously approved by the remaining Board Members.
14. Chairman’s Report presented by Joe Wilhite.
15. Discussion of The Block Grant Program.  The Village has not participated in the program for several years.  After a lengthy discussion the Village will not be participating in the Block Grant Program.
