2) Chairman Vohsen moved for the minutes for November’s meeting to be approved.  Accepted.  

3) November 2023 Police Report – Officer Cecilia Young:

5) Road and Building interim Commissioner’s Report – Chairman Vohsen 

No permits issued. Second open discussion regarding the pothole situation, which has  been tabled until early 2024.
