1. Meeting called to order at 7:00pm. All Board Members present. Village Attorney Bob Paster in attendance.
St. Louis County Police Officer Dan Schroeder in attendance. No Village Residents in attendance.
2. First Reading of Ordinance 016-002. An Ordinance Amending Title II: Public Health, Safety and Welfare. Amending Title III: Traffic Code. Amending Title IV: Land Use of The Village of Wilbur Park.
3. Treasurer’s Report for June 2016 presented by JC Wheeler.
June 2016 Total Income $ 12,453.87
Total Expense $ 9,318.52
Net Income (Loss) $ 3,135.35
June 2016 Income Statement presented. Balance Sheet at June 30, 2016 presented.
2016 Profit & Loss Budget vs. Actual presented. Sewer Lateral report for May 2016 presented. Sewer Lateral
Balance discussed as it will affect Future Claims against Sewer Lateral Fund. Signature Authority for The
Village of Wilbur Park discussed. Neal Vohsen and Frank Lydon will be added to The Signature Authority for
payment of The Village of Wilbur Park routine expenses. Neal Vohsen and Frank Lydon will perform these
duties in a backup role only.
4. Second Reading of Ordinance 016-002. An Ordinance Amending Title II: Public Health, Safety and Welfare. Amending Title III: Traffic Code. Amending Title IV: Land Use of The Village of Willbur Park.
5. Road and Building Commissioners Report presented by Joe Wilhite.
Storm Damage on Wayne Dr. discussed. No Road Issues to report. Discussion of Three Village of Wilbur Park Properties previously identified in need of repair and maintenance. Frank Lydon will take photos of the Village of Wilbur Park Properties identified in need of repair and maintenance to document improvements needed or to note progress made in repair and maintenance.
6. Third Reading of Ordinance 016-002. An Ordinance Amending Title II: Public Health, Safety and Welfare. Amending Title III: Traffic Code. Amending Title IV: Land Use of The Village of Wilbur Park.
Village Attorney Bob Paster proceeded to summarize the Penalties for Traffic Violations and Housing Code Violations. JC Wheeler Motioned to Adopt Ordinance 016-002. Frank Lydon Seconded the Motion to Adopt Ordinance 016-002. Joe Wilhite Voted to Adopt Ordinance 016-002. Neal Vohsen Voted to Adopt Ordinance 016-002. Ordinance 016-002 Unanimously Accepted.
7. June 2016 Police Activity Report presented by St. Louis County Police Officer Dan Schroeder.

8. Solid Waste Hauling Report presented by Frank Lydon.
Waste Management Pickup was delayed for some residents due to Road Construction Equipment and Debris blocking access for the Waste Management Truck. A smaller Waste Management Truck was dispatched and Waste Pickup was completed.
9. Village Clerk Report presented by Neal Vohsen.
No Garage/Yard Sale Permits Issued. No Other Issues to Report.
10. Chairman’s Report presented by Joe Wilhite.

11. New Business
Village of Wilbur Park Permit Fee Structure and Permit Language to be researched by Bob Paster,
Village Attorney.
