1. Meeting called to order at 7:00pm. A moment of silence was observed for the passing of Rich Warren, Road and Buildings Commissioner. All Other Board Members present. No Village Residents in attendance.
2. May 2016 meeting minutes reviewed. Minutes stand as presented.
3. Oath of Office for April 2016 Elected Trustees, J.C. Wheeler and Frank Lydon.
4. Treasurer’s Report for May 2016 presented by JC Wheeler.

5. First Reading of Ordinance 016-001. An Ordinance Amending Title 1: Government Code, Of The Village Of Wilbur Park, Missouri Code by Creating a New Chapter 120: Financial Investments; Providing for The Effective Date of This Ordinance; and Providing for The Repeal of All Conflicting Ordinances.
6. Road and Building Commissioners Report presented by Joe Wilhite.
No Road Issues to report. Discussion of Three Village of Wilbur Park Properties previously identified in need of repair and maintenance. Frank Lydon will take photos of the Village of Wilbur Park Properties identified in need of repair and maintenance to document improvements needed or to note progress made in repair and maintenance.
7. Second Reading of Ordinance 016-001. An Ordinance Amending Title 1: Government Code, Of The Village Of Wilbur Park, Missouri Code by Creating a New Chapter 120: Financial Investments; Providing for The Effective Date of This Ordinance; and Providing for The Repeal of All Conflicting Ordinances.

9. Solid Waste Hauling Report presented by Frank Lydon.
Waste Management Pickup was delayed for some residents due to Road Construction Equipment and Debris blocking access for the Waste Management Truck. A smaller Waste Management Truck was dispatched and Waste Pickup was completed.
10. Village Clerk Report presented by Neal Vohsen.
No Garage/Yard Sale Permits Issued. No Other Issues to Report.
11. Special Project Report presented by Joe Wilhite.
Sue Schleicher, Special Project Manager has resigned her position effective immediately. All Village of Wilbur Park Records in her possession will be picked up. Village of Wilbur Park Newsletter publication will now be handled by Frank Lydon.

J.C. Wheeler made a motion to accept Ordinance 016-001 as presented. Frank Lydon seconded the motion to accept Ordinance 016-001 as presented. Neal Vohsen voted to accept Ordinance 016-001 as presented.
Joe Wilhite voted to accept Ordinance 016-001 as presented.
13. Chairman’s Report presented by Joe Wilhite.
Owner of one Village Property cited for repair and maintenance deficiencies contacted Joe and stated she will
begin work to resolve repair and maintenance issues.
14. New Business
Bob Paster, Village Attorney, will be preparing a draft to amend the Village of Wilbur Park Penalty &
Nuisance Ordinance Code to comply with the new Missouri Statute.
