1. Meeting opened at 7:02pm. All Board members present. St. Louis County Police Officer Dan Schroeder in attendance. No Village Residents in attendance. Marilyn Beck, In-District Director for Senator Scott Sifton in attendance.
2. January 2014 meeting minutes reviewed. Minutes stand as presented.
3. First Reading of Ordinance 001-014 Amending Title II: Public Health, Safety and Welfare, of the Village Of Wilbur Park, Missouri Code by Amending Section 200.100 Unlawful Use of Weapons-Exceptions-Penalties by Adding New Sections 210.100 (D) & (E);
4. Treasurer’s Report for January 2014 presented by JC Wheeler. January 2014 Total Income $10, 807.81 Total Expense $10,023.76 Net Income (Loss) $ 784.05 Balance Sheets as of January 31, 2013 presented. Profit & Loss Budget vs. Actual for January 2014 . presented. Sewer Lateral Fund for January 2014 presented.
5. Road and Building Commissioners Report presented by Rich Warren. No permits issued. Four homes under inspection. One home passed inspection. Holleran Contracting has requested to be placed on snow removal bid list.

8. Village Clerk Report presented by Neal Vohsen. No Yard/Estate sale permits issued. No activity to report.

Ordinance passed unanimously.
