1. Meeting opened at 7:04pm. Joe Wilhite and Sue Schleicher not in attendance. One Village resident in attendance. St. Louis County Police Officer Ray Absolon in attendance. JC Wheeler appointed as Chairman Pro-Tem due to Chairman Joe Wilhite’s absence.
2. October meeting minutes reviewed. Minutes stand as presented.
3. First Reading of Ordinance 002-013 authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Trustees to execute a contract on behalf of the Village of Wilbur Park, Missouri with Waste Management, 7320 Hall Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63147, for provision of waste hauling and yard waste removal services, and providing for the effective date of the Ordinance.
4. Treasurer’s Report for September 2013 and October 2013 presented by JC Wheeler.

presented. October 2013 balance of $9,373.27 includes two claims totaling $3,800.00
5. Second Reading of Ordinance 002-013 authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Trustees to execute a contract on behalf of the Village of Wilbur Park, Missouri with Waste Management, 7320 Hall Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63147, for provision of waste hauling and yard waste removal services, and providing for the effective date of the Ordinance.
6. Road and Building Commissioners Report presented by Rich Warren.
No permits issued. Two homes under inspection. No Road or Building Issues.
7. Solid Waste Hauling Report presented by Ben Gathard.
No issues to report. Waste hauling services contract returned for signature from Waste Management. Final yard waste pickup for 2013 scheduled for December 27. Yard waste pickup will resume April 4, 2014. No Web Site issues.
8. Village Clerk Report and Police Activity Report for October 2013 presented by Neal Vohsen.
Yard Sale permit issued for Saturday, November 16 to 9038 Philo.

9. Third Reading of Ordinance 002-013 authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Trustees to execute a contract on behalf of the Village of Wilbur Park, Missouri with Waste Management, 7320 Hall Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63147, for provision of waste hauling and yard waste removal services, and providing for the effective date of the Ordinance.
Ordinance discussion following Third Reading resulted in removal of auto renewal in year three and contract term of two years.
10. Ordinance 002-013 passed unanimously as amended to two year term and removal of auto renewal in year three.
11. New Business.
Bob discussed progress of property repairs at US Bank owned property at 4832 Hershey Ave.
