October 16, 2012 – Monthly Minutes
1. Meeting opened at 7:00pm. All Board Members in attendance. St. Louis County Police Officer Roedeger in attendance. No Village residents in attendance.
2. September 2012 minutes reviewed. Meeting minutes stand as presented.
1st reading of Ordinance 005-012 to execute a three year contract with McManus Construction, Inc. for
provision of snow plowing and street salting services.
3. Treasurer’s Report for September 2012 presented by Treasurer JC Wheeler.
September 2012 Total Income $ 13,902.36
Total Expense $ 12,130.99
Net Income(Loss) $ 1,771.37
Balance Sheet as of September 30, 2012 presented. Sewer Lateral Report discussed. Current Sewer Lateral
Report does not include work completed on Autumn Ave.

4. Road and Building Commissioners Report presented by Rich Warren and Joe Wilhite.
Two occupancy permits issued on Kathleen Ave. 9035 Philo inspection to begin soon after contact with Realtor. 4832 Hershey – trying to contact US Bank for entry to house for extermination. Brush overgrown and will contact lawn service to remove brush.

5. Solid Waste Hauling Report presented by Ben Gathard..
Ben spoke with 2 employees and a Manager at Waste Management to express compliments on our route driver, Dan. The local Manager stated he will be passing the compliments on to the District Manager.
6. Village Clerk Report presented by Neal Vohsen.
Library meeting room has been reserved for the period January 2013 through June 2013. Meeting dates will be the third Tuesday of the month for January 2013 through May 2013. The June 2013 meeting will be on the third Thursday of the month. No Yard Sale activity.
7. Chairman’s Report presented by Joe Wilhite.
Police report presented by Chairman Joe Wilhite.

8. Special Projects Report presented by Sue Schleicher.
Village of Wilbur Park.com website is finished. Village Ordinances now appear on the website. Will
contact residents to alert of improved and enhanced web site and encouraging residents to provide e-mail
addresses by subscribing to newsletter and alerts.
